Responsibilities:
• Set and meet sales targets for the team.
• Lead, direct and manage the Bahrain sales team.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for all sales staff within the branch.
• Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study.
• Read business and professional publications, network and participate in professional organizations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Mechanical or Chemical related subjects.
• At least 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas/Petrochemicals/Upstream gas processing Industry in the GCC.
• Must demonstrate success in leading, managing and developing staff and high performance teams.
• Proficiency with Proll and Hysys software.
• Western experience is an advantage.
